A lot of positives with Employee Recognition Awards

The success of a company relies not just on the brains that govern it but also on the hands that run it. This is one of the reasons why most corporate prioritize employee recognition awards. It creates a highly productive, positive and motivated environment in the company.
A simple thank you award from your company can make the employee feel that he/she is a valuable part of the organization and that his/her contribution is crucial to the success of the company.

Feeling of jealousy or the feeling that ones effort has gone unnoticed can arise when there are no fixed criteria for the awards. Set clear criteria and guidelines so that anyone and everyone who meets the criteria are recognized and receive awards.
